Scratch Chai Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients: 12 oz (about 3 c) whole Cranberries ¾ c Sugar 1 C water 1 tsp Hart's Desire Chai Spice Instructions: 1. Heat water to boiling 2. Mix Chai Spice and sugar, add to the boiling water, stir to combine 3. Stir in Cranberries and bring back to a boil. 4. Let the mixture boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally ~ IF you want jellied rather than whole, Strain in a sieve, or wire mesh strainer now. 5. Pour into a bowl, cover and cool. Refrigerate until serving time
Enchilada Casserole

Serves 2-3 Ingredients: 1 lb Cooked Meat 1 can Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire's Mexican Chili Powder 2-4 Tortillas 1 c Shredded Cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350 Mix Tomato Sauce and Mexican Chili Powder to make Enchilada Sauce Pour ¼-1/3 in the bottom of your oven-safe pan. Put in a single layer of Tortilla to cover Enchilada Sauce Layer in ½ of your meat, and cover with ½ remaining Enchilada Sauce Cover in cheese, and repeat 4-6 Bake for 30 mins at 350 and enjoy!

Ingredients: ½ c Butter/Shortening 1 ½ c All Purpose Flour divided in Half ½ c Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla ½ tsp Baking Powder 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tsp Chai Spice Directions: 1. Preheat Oven to 375 2. Break up the Butter and mix until creamy with an electric mixer on medium/high 3. Mix Sugar, Baking Powder and ¾ c of the flour together with a whisk thoroughly 4. Ingredients¼ lb Andouille sausage sliced in ¼” rounds¼ c cooking oil1 & ½ tsp Hart's Desire Jambalaya Mix½ large onion, chopped½ large bell pepper, chopped½ c chopped celery½ lb chicken, cut into 1” cubes½ lb shrimp, shelled & de-veined1- 14 oz can chopped or crushed tomatoes½ c rice¼ c water Instructions: With as little oil as possible, brown Andouille Sausage, Onion, Bell Pepper and Celery and remove to the side. 2. Ingredients: 1 14.5-oz can Stewed Tomatoes 2 15-oz cans tomato Sauce 1 6-oz can tomato paste 1 Lb Italian Sausage (ground, or removed from casing) 1 onion 1 Tbsp Italian Herbs ½ tsp sugar Instructions: Brown sausage and onion on high heat Reduce heat to medium, add tomato paste and brown until it darkens Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce, scrape up bits stuck to pan Add Italian Herbs, and sugar Let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until it reduces to the desired thickness.
