Ingredients: 12 oz (6-7 c)Bread cubes 1 c (about 1 med) Onion 1 Tbsp Provincial Poultry 1 c (about 2 ribs) Celery 1 c (2 sticks Butter 1 ½- 2 c Stock (chicken, or turkey) 1/8-1/4 tsp Pepper Optional: ½ C Mushrooms ¼ c fruit (apples, cranberries, raisins) Instructions: For Dressing: 1 Chop and Saute Onion and Celery using some of your butter 2. Scratch Chai Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients: 12 oz (about 3 c) whole Cranberries ¾ c Sugar 1 C water 1 tsp Hart's Desire Chai Spice Instructions: 1. Heat water to boiling 2. Mix Chai Spice and sugar, add to the boiling water, stir to combine 3. Stir in Cranberries and bring back to a boil. 4. Let the mixture boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally ~ IF you want jellied rather than whole, Strain in a sieve, or wire mesh strainer now. 5. Pour into a bowl, cover and cool. Refrigerate until serving time

Serves 2-3 Ingredients: 1 lb Cooked Meat 1 can Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire's Mexican Chili Powder 2-4 Tortillas 1 c Shredded Cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350 Mix Tomato Sauce and Mexican Chili Powder to make Enchilada Sauce Pour ¼-1/3 in the bottom of your oven-safe pan. Put in a single layer of Tortilla to cover Enchilada Sauce Layer in ½ of your meat, and cover with ½ remaining Enchilada Sauce Cover in cheese, and repeat 4-6 Bake for 30 mins at 350 and enjoy!

Ingredients: ½ c Butter/Shortening 1 ½ c All Purpose Flour divided in Half ½ c Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla ½ tsp Baking Powder 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tsp Chai Spice Directions: 1. Preheat Oven to 375 2. Ingredients¼ lb Andouille sausage sliced in ¼” rounds¼ c cooking oil1 & ½ tsp Hart's Desire Jambalaya Mix½ large onion, chopped½ large bell pepper, chopped½ c chopped celery½ lb chicken, cut into 1” cubes½ lb shrimp, shelled & de-veined1- 14 oz can chopped or crushed tomatoes½ c rice¼ c water Instructions: With as little oil as possible, brown Andouille Sausage, Onion, Bell Pepper and Celery and remove to the side. 2.
