Ingredients: 1 lb Ground (or cubed) Meat 1 small onion, chopped 1 Medium Bell Pepper, chopped 1 can stewed, or diced tomatoes 1 Tbsp Chili Powder 1 can Refried Beans Instructions: 1. In medium-large frying pan, over high heat, brown meat. 2. Lower heat to medium and add tomatoes and Chili Powder, Scraping up bits stuck to pan3. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft. 4. Add Refried beans, stirring constantly. Cook until beans are warm. 5. Wrap in tortillas, and add cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, as you desire before wrapping your burrito ...

Ingredients: 3 Medium Tomatoes, Diced ¼ Large Onion (red, if you can get it) 1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Cilantro, Minced ¼- ½ Anaheim Chili, Minced 2 Tbsp Lime Juice 2 Tsp Mexican Chili Powder ¼ – ½ tsp Sugar 1 Large Clove Garlic, diced, or pressed Salt to taste Instructions: 1. Dice your tomatoes finely, place in a colander to drain 2. Cut your remaining vegetables and place in a medium bowl. 3. Add Tomatoes, and remaining ingredients to vegetables and mix well. 4. Let sit for ½ hour or more for best flavor
