Enchilada Casserole

Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
1 lb Cooked Meat
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Hart's Desire's Mexican Chili Powder
2-4 Tortillas
1 c Shredded Cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix Tomato Sauce and Mexican Chili Powder to make Enchilada Sauce
- Pour ¼-1/3 in the bottom of your oven-safe pan.
- Put in a single layer of Tortilla to cover Enchilada Sauce
- Layer in ½ of your meat, and cover with ½ remaining Enchilada Sauce
- Cover in cheese, and repeat 4-6
- Bake for 30 mins at 350 and enjoy!
