Ingredients: 1 lb raw, Peeled shrimp, rinsed ½ C walnuts 1 tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp Honey ¼-1/2 Tsp Jambalaya Mix Instructions: 1. In a wide, Shallow Pan, Melt Butter. 2. Add Jambalaya Mix and nuts, Sautee nuts until warm, and browning. Set aside in a bowl, keeping leftover spice and butter in the pan 3. Cranberry-walnut salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette Ingredients: 1 Clove Garlic, or ¼ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Greek Seasoning, OR Italian Herbs 1/4-1/2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp flax meal (ground flax seeds) 1/2-1 tsp salt (optional) ½ c olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice ¼ c balsamic vinegar ¼ c hot water Directions: Combine water and flax meal and whisk until thickened Combine flax mixture and all other ingredients. Mix until the Salt and Sugar are dissolved. Set aside for at least half an hour before serving so ingredient flavors can bloom. Mix well immediately before serving.
