 Ingredients: 2 C Whole Milk 1 C Cream 5 large Eggs, Seperated ¼ C Sugar ½ Tsp Chai Spice 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1 tsp Rum Extract  ½ C Cream, whipped (optional)    Directions: Mix egg yolks until they turn a light sunny yellow Stir in Sugar, and Chai3. Ingredients: 1 yam 2 Tsp Brown Sugar ¼ Tsp Chai Spice 1 Tbsp Butter Directions: Preheat oven to 350 F.Wash and dry yams. Cut off ends of yams and peel Slice yams no more than ½"thick Mix your Brown Sugar and Chai Spice Arrange in a single layer on the bottom of your casserole Dot with butter and sprinkle with some of your sugar mixture Repeat until you're out of Yams, sprinkling any leftover mixture on top Bake for 45-60 minutes Mash if preferred with a sprinkle of Chai on top for garnish

Greek'd Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients: 1 lb New Potatoes, Quartered 1 ½ Tsp Greek Seasoning 1 ½ Tsp Sweet Paprika 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper 1/8 Tsp Salt (optional) 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Directions: 1. Preheat Oven to 350 2. Quarter Potatoes (if using large potatoes, cut into 1” chunks) into a Medium to Large Bowl 3. Mix spices and Salt in a small bowl 4. Pour Olive oil and Spices over Potatoes and toss until evenly coated. 5. Place Potatoes on a Foil-Lined Baking sheet and roast in oven for 45-50 minutes. 7. Enjoy!!
