Chicken Curry

Ingredients: 1 lb meat of choice, cubed 1 Tbsp Oil 1 13.5 oz can Coconut Milk 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Curry 1-lbs frozen vegetables Salt/Sugar to taste Directions 1. Heat oil in a wide sauce pan, or high sided fry-pan and brown meat until fully cooked. 2. Pour in Curry, and Coconut Milk, and stir, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan, or until Coconut milk solids and liquids are combined. 3. Add frozen Vegetables and heat through. 4. Serve. Add your favorite bread on the side.

Ingredients: 1 10-oz package frozen -OR-1 Lb Fresh Broccoli 2 C Cubed Chicken (cooked) 1 can (10 ¾ oz)Cream of Chicken Soup ½ C Mayonnaise ½ C Sour Cream 1 C Grated Cheddar Cheese 2 Tsp Curry 1-2C Grated Cheddar (for top) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Thaw, or steam Broccoli In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 C cheese, & curry, stir together to make a sauce. Greek Chicken Ingredients: 3 lb Chicken in pieces ¼ C Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Greek Seasoning 3 Cloves Garlic 6 Strips Lemon Peel (about 1 Tbsp grated zest) 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Salt (optional) Directions: *Preheat oven to 425, rack about 6” from broiler 1. Mince Lemon Peel, and Garlic 2. Combine Oil, Greek Seasoning, Garlic, Lemon Peel, and Salt, and stir well. 3. Chili Bowl Rub

Ingredients: Meat of choice Rub: 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Chili Bowl Spice 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Provincial Poultry 1 Tsp Kosher Salt (optional) 2-4 Tbsp Brown Sugar (optional) Directions: 1. Measure out one batch of Rub for every 1 ½- 2 Lbs of meat, (for chicken and steak, less for large cuts) 2. Mix dry ingredients well 3. Place Meat in Zipper-Lock bag 4. Sprinkle Rub over meat in bag, Close bag and shake until the rub coats the meat well. 5. Grill, Smoke, or roast to perfection!

Ingredients: 1 Lb Ground Beef (or your favorite mix of burger) ½ m Onion 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar (or to taste) 2 ½ Tsp Hart's Desire Chili Bowl Spice ¼ Tsp Smoked Salt (Optional) OR 3-4 drops of Liquid Smoke (optional) Directions 1. Pre-Heat the grill 2. Finely Dice Onion 3. Gently fold all ingredients together until you have the same color throughout the burger 4. Cook burgers until to desired doneness / internal color.
