Best Spaghetti

Ingredients: 1 14.5-oz can Stewed Tomatoes 2 15-oz cans tomato Sauce 1 6-oz can tomato paste 1 Lb Italian Sausage (ground, or removed from casing) 1 onion 1 Tbsp Italian Herbs ½ tsp sugar Instructions: Brown sausage and onion on high heat Reduce heat to medium, add tomato paste and brown until it darkens Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce, scrape up bits stuck to pan Add Italian Herbs, and sugar Let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until it reduces to the desired thickness. Serve over favorite pasta

Ingredients: 1 c raw Hazelnuts (or nuts of choice) 1 c fresh, Cold Water. 1/2 tsp Psyllium Husk, or Flax Meal 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1 6(ish)-oz can of Coconut Cream 1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp Pumkin Spice -Sweetener to taste (or, leave it unsweetened) Directions: Soak nuts in 2 c fresh, warm water overnight and drain. Ingredients: 2 Pears ¼ c Water ¼ c Sugar ½ c Cream 1/8 Tsp Pumkin Spice + some for garnish Vanilla ice cream (optional) Directions: 1. Pour water into a frying pan with sides, turning heat to medium-high. 2. Pour sugar into a heap in the middle of the pan, and let it dissolve. Let the mixture come to a high simmer/low boil 3. Ingredients: (scale to fit your zucchini.. this one is 10” long) 1 Lg Zucchini 2 Tbsp Butter (Divided) ½ Tsp Granulated Garlic (Divided) 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire's Italian Herbs (Divided) ¼ C (4 Tbsp) Parmesan (Divided) ½ Tsp Paprika (Divided) Directions: Preheat Oven to 350. Ingredients:2 ½ lbs red / yellow potatoes 8 oz Andouille sausage, diced½ of a sweet onion, diced½ of a red bell pepper, diced½ of a yellow bell pepper, diced1 clove garlicsalt and pepper to taste1 ½ Tbsp Harts Desire Jambalaya Mix1 Tbsp balsamic vinegarInstructions:1. Cook, cool and slice Potatoes (peel if you like) 2. Toss Potatoes with Balsamic Vinegar3. Saute onions, garlic, sausage, and bell peppers together until sausage is browned and onions are tender.4.
