Ingredients: 2 lbs Chicken legs 1 ½ Tbsp Garam Masala 3 Tbsp Olive Oil ½-1 Tsp Kosher Salt (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat Oven to 450 2. Line a baking pan with Foil, and fit a wire rack on it. 3. Place your chicken pieces on the wire rack 4. Mix Garam Masala, Salt, and Olive Oil in a small bowl, and brush over Chicken, to coat on both sides 5. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes 6. Flip Chicken and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until thickest portions register 170 degrees on a meat thermometer 7. Enjoy!...

Ingredients: 2 Tsp Hart's Desire Garam Masala 1 medium head Cauliflower 1 large clove Garlic 2 Tbsp Butter Directions: Oven to 450 1. Prepare Cauliflower, removing leaves and stem, cutting into bite-sized florets and add to a 1-gallon zipper-lock bag 2. Add Garam Masala, Butter, and diced/pressed garlic into a microwave-safe bowl 3. Microwave for 10-30 seconds, until butter is fully melted 4.
