Best Spaghetti

Ingredients:


    1 14.5-oz can Stewed Tomatoes

    2 15-oz cans tomato Sauce 

    1 6-oz can tomato paste

    1 Lb Italian Sausage (ground, or removed from casing)

    1 onion

    1 Tbsp Italian Herbs

    ½ tsp sugar 

   

Instructions:

  1. Brown sausage and onion on high heat
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add tomato paste and brown until it darkens
  3. Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce, scrape up bits stuck to pan
  4. Add Italian Herbs, and sugar
  5. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until it reduces to the desired thickness. 
  6. Serve over favorite pasta
