With a food chopper, or small blender, this whips up in bare minutes, and will take your next meal to the moon!! A customer recently asked if I had ever heard of this marvellous stuff, and I had to admit that I had not!!! Well, that usually starts some experimentation, and that was some VERY tasty experimentation, let me tell you!! This stuff is fantastic on Chicken, Pork, and Fish of all stripes. Garlicky, and smooth, it's got a pleasant vinaigry/salty bite from the capers, and the olive oil and lemon juice just top it off as a true winner....

Sweet & Spicy Squash Ingredients: 24 oz (1 ½ lbs) Butternut Squash¼ C Butter¼ Dark Brown sugar½ Tsp Jambalaya Mix Oven: 400 Directions: Peel and seed your squash, cut it into chunks no more than 1” Mix together Brown Sugar and Jambalaya Mix Melt Butter Pour sugar mixture, and butter over your squash cubes, and mix well, to coat Spread over lined baking pan and bake 50-60 minutes ~OR~ Place in crockpot on high for 2-3 hours, mixing occasionally.

Sweet Fall Coleslaw Ingredients: ½ sm head of Cabbage1 medium carrot¼ tsp Salt (optional) ¼ C dried Cranberries½ Apple3 Tbsp cider Vinegar2 Tbsp Sugar (or substitute)1 ½ tsp Hart’s Desire’s Pumkin Spice Directions: Shred your carrot and Cabbage Mix Carrot, Cabbage, and Salt; let sit in a strainer until dressing is done. Mix vinegar, sugar and Pumkin Spice in a small bowl until well combined. Mix fruit into dressing and coat well. Place strained vegetables into a medium-large bowl, add dressing, and toss well. CHAI SPICE CAKE 2 c Flour1 c Sugar1 Tsp Baking Powder1 Tsp Baking Soda1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Chai Spice1 c Buttermilk (or, 1 c milk + 1 tbsp Lemon Juice)1 Tsp Vanilla3 Eggs½ c Butter, very soft Directions: Pre-heat Oven to 350 deg.
