Greek Pasta Salad Ingredients: 8 oz Rotini Pasta1 Cucumber, sliced and quartered1 pt Grape Tomatoes, halved4 oz Feta Cheese1 sm red bell pepper2 tbsp banana pepper rings, OR 2 Pepperoncini’s, seeded8 Kalamata Olives1 sm red onion¼ c Olive Oil1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar2 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Tbsp Greek SeasoningDirections Prepare pasta, cooking until just barely tender, drain into a colander. Pulled Pork   Ingredients: Pork Roast 1-2 c Chicken Broth or Apple Juice   Rub and finishing mix: 2 Tbsp Chili Bowl Spice 1 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste) 6 Tbsp Brown Sugar (or substitute) Instructions: 1. Mix together the Chili Bowl, Salt, and Brown Sugar, 2. Reserve half of the mix for later (duplicate the recipe as necessary for the size roast you have) 3. Pat dry your roast 4.
