Summer Picnic Salad Ingredients: Salad: 1 Small head Broccoli finely chopped2 oz sunflower, or Bean Sprouts, chopped (fleshy microgreens) ¾ C Shredded Carrots¼ c Dried Cranberries¼ C roasted Sunflower Seeds Dressing: ¼ C Sour Cream1 Tsp Hart’s Desire’s Slawsome Veggies1 ½ Tsp Cider Vinegar¼-½ Tsp Kosher Salt Directions: Mix all dressing ingredients together and set aside. Shred Carrots, Chop Broccoli, and Sprouts; place in medium mixing bowl Add Sunflower seeds, and cranberries, mix well. Add dressing and mix well. 5. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes, best if used within a couple days.

GREAT Pico De Gallo!!!! Ingredients: 3 Medium Tomatoes, Diced ¼ Large Onion (red, if you can get it) 1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Cilantro, Minced ¼- ½ your favorite Chili pepper, Minced 2 Tbsp Lime Juice2 Tsp Mexican Chili Powder¼ – ½ tsp Sugar 1 Large Clove Garlic, finely mincedSalt to taste Instructions: Dice your tomatoes finely, place in a colander to drain Cut your remaining vegetables and place in a medium bowl. Add Tomatoes, and remaining ingredients to vegetables and mix well. Let sit for ½ hour or more for best flavor

Ingredients: 1 Clove Garlic, 1 tsp Hart’s Desire’s Italian Herbs1/4-1/2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp flax meal (ground flax seeds)1/2-1 tsp salt (optional) ½ c olive oil2 tbsp lemon juice ¼ c balsamic vinegar ¼ c hot water Salad: 5 oz (about 7c)Mixed Greens ½ c Dried Cranberries ½ cup toasted walnuts 4 oz grape tomatoes Grated parmesan for garnish Directions: Combine water and flax meal and whisk until thickened Combine flax mixture and all other ingredients. Slawsome Farmhouse Zucchini BowlIngredients: 2-4 oz mushrooms, sliced 1 small onion, sliced 1 small Zucchini, or yellow squash, sliced 1 tsp Hart's Desire's Slawsome Veggies 1-2 eggsParmesan to taste 4 tsp ButterDirections1. Melt 2 tsp butter over medium heat in a nonstick pan Add Slawsome Veggies and mix well Add vegetables, coat with butter mixture, and brown until the onions soften, and zucchini is almost done Remove to a bowl, and top with Parmesan Add more butter to your pan Fry eggs to your favorite texture and place on top of the Parmesan-topped vegetables Garnish with more Parmesan, and...
Chicken Masala

Chicken MasalaIngredients: 1 lb chicken, cubed1 Tbsp Oil1 13.5 oz can Coconut Milk1 Tbsp Hart's Desire’s Garam Masala1-lb frozen vegetablesSalt/Sugar to taste Directions Heat oil in a wide sauce pan, or high sided frypan and brown meat until mostly cooked. Pour in Coconut Milk, and Garam Masala, and stir, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan, heat until meat is fully cooked. Add frozen Vegetables and heat through. Serve. Add your favorite bread on the side.
