Keto Hot Cereal

Ok, it's past time I shared this recipe with you guys....

This stuff is beyond yummy, and is SO satisfying when you really want nothing more than a great bowl of hot cereal, but you're watching the carbs.

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Chia Seed
2 Tbsp Flax Seed
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp Almond Meal
3/4-1 c Hot water (depending on humidity and taste)
1 pat Butter
1 Tsp Sweetener
1/4-1/2 tsp Hart's Desire's Chai Spice
Nuts, fruit, or other toppings to taste

Directions:

1. Mix all your dry ingredients in a bowl,
2. Add butter, and boiling water, Stir, and let sit for 2 minutes, or until butter is melted.
3. Enjoy!!!

(you can microwave this for about 30 sec -1 minutes, but be careful, it will boil over and make a mess the second you stop watching.)
