Pulled Pork   Ingredients: Pork Roast 1-2 c Chicken Broth or Apple Juice   Rub and finishing mix:2 Tbsp Chili Bowl Spice 1 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste) 6 Tbsp Brown Sugar (or substitute) Instructions: 1. Mix together the Chili Bowl, Salt, and Brown Sugar, 2. Reserve half of the mix for later (duplicate the recipe as necessary for the size roast you have) 3. Pat dry your roast 4. Masala Molasses Cookies   Ingredients:   1 ½ C (180 grams) Blanched Almond Flour, Packed. 2 Tsp Hart's Desire's Garam Masala ½ C Molasses 1 Stick Butter at room temp 1 Lg egg 1 Tsp Baking Powder   Directions: 1. Chai Spiced Glazed Carrots   Ingredients:1 lb (16 oz) Carrots cut into bite-sized pieces2 Tbsp Butter, melted ½ tsp Chai Spice½ tsp Lemon Juice (or to taste) 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar Directions:  Preheat oven to 400 Microwave Carrots on high for 5 minutes Mix the rest of your ingredients in a small bowl Mix glaze into carrots Spread mixture in a single layer in a baking pan Bake for 30-45 minutes at 400. Ingredients:  Brine:  2 quarts water, divided½ c brown Sugar1 c Kosher Salt2 ½ tbsp Corning Spices1 lb Ice (or, 2 more cups cold water)4-5 lb Beef Roast Cooking: 1 Tbsp Corning Spices (boiled dinner only) 1 onion, roughly chopped2-3 Carrots, in chunks1 small Cabbage1-2 lbs new potatoes Directions: BRINE: Add Sugar, Salt, and Spices to 1 qt heated water, and stir until salt and sugar are dissolved Take off heat and add 1 qt cold water and 1 lb of Ice.
