Masala Molasses Cookies   Ingredients:   1 ½ C (180 grams) Blanched Almond Flour, Packed. 2 Tsp Hart's Desire's Garam Masala ½ C Molasses 1 Stick Butter at room temp 1 Lg egg 1 Tsp Baking Powder   Directions: 1. Preheat Oven to 350 2. Mix together all dry ingredients 3. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer (with paddle) mix Molasses and Butter 4. Add egg to the wet ingredients and mix well 5. Chai Spiced Glazed Carrots   Ingredients:1 lb (16 oz) Carrots cut into bite-sized pieces2 Tbsp Butter, melted ½ tsp Chai Spice½ tsp Lemon Juice (or to taste) 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar Directions:  Preheat oven to 400 Microwave Carrots on high for 5 minutes Mix the rest of your ingredients in a small bowl Mix glaze into carrots Spread mixture in a single layer in a baking pan Bake for 30-45 minutes at 400. Ingredients:  Brine:  2 quarts water, divided½ c brown Sugar1 c Kosher Salt2 ½ tbsp Corning Spices1 lb Ice (or, 2 more cups cold water)4-5 lb Beef Roast Cooking: 1 Tbsp Corning Spices (boiled dinner only) 1 onion, roughly chopped2-3 Carrots, in chunks1 small Cabbage1-2 lbs new potatoes Directions: BRINE: Add Sugar, Salt, and Spices to 1 qt heated water, and stir until salt and sugar are dissolved Take off heat and add 1 qt cold water and 1 lb of Ice. Ingredients:   2 lbs Chicken legs 1 ½ Tbsp Garam Masala 3 Tbsp Olive Oil ½-1 Tsp Kosher Salt (optional)   Directions: 1. Preheat Oven to 450 2. Line a baking pan with Foil, and fit a wire rack on it. 3. Place your chicken pieces on the wire rack 4. Mix Garam Masala, Salt, and Olive Oil in a small bowl, and brush over Chicken, to coat on both sides 5. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes 6.
