Better Banana Bread Ingredients: 1 3/4 C All Purpose Flour 1/2- 2/3 C Sugar 2 Tsp Baking Powder ½ Tsp Baking Soda ¼ Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Chai Spice 1 C mashed Banana (2-3 very ripe Bananas) 1/3 c Butter 2 Tbsp Milk 2 lg eggs ¼ c Chopped Nuts (optional) Instructions: 1.  Ingredients: 1 Pie Crust (premade, or make your own)     (or 1 C Flour, ½ C Butter, and Water as necessary. Cut Butter into     flour, and add water until it starts sticking together.) Ingredients: 1 lb Ground (or cubed) Meat 1 small onion, chopped 1 Medium Bell Pepper, chopped 1 can stewed, or diced tomatoes 1 Tbsp Chili Powder 1 can Refried Beans   Instructions:   1. In medium-large frying pan, over high heat, brown meat. 2. Lower heat to medium and add tomatoes and Chili Powder, Scraping up bits stuck to pan3. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft. 4.
