Ingredients:1 Tsp Greek Seasoning2 Cups tomatoes diced (8 oz grape, sliced) 4 Cloves garlic minced 8 ounces mushrooms sliced 1 Medium Onion, chopped 1/4 Cup pine nuts, toasted (optional) fresh basil, a handful, cut chiffonade 3 Tablespoons olive oil Kosher salt and black pepper to tasteDirections: 1. In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms, stirring constantly, about 3-4 minutes. 2. 8 oz Sour Cream 1 tsp Slawsome Veggies ¼ tsp Salt (optional) or to taste Mix Slawsome into sour cream and let sit for at least ½ hour before salting or serving. (add salt to taste by ⅛ tsp increments)

Easy Weeknight Cooking Presents: Slawsome Ramen Ingredients: 32 oz Chicken Broth 1 tsp Slawsome Veggies¼ lb fresh or 1/8 lb dry pasta optional ingredients 4-6 oz cooked chicken 1-2 sliced green onions 4 oz sliced mushrooms 1 Hard boiled egg vegetables to taste Instructions: 1. Simmer Mushrooms in Chicken stock until the stock darkens 2. Add Slawsome Veggies, Pasta, and hard veggies 3. Serve with Green onions, Chicken, and hard boiled egg on top.
