Chai Peach Gallette

Ingredients:
1 Pie Crust (premade, or make your own)
(or 1 C Flour, ½ C Butter, and Water as necessary. Cut Butter into
flour, and add water until it starts sticking together.)
Up to ½ C flour for dusting
3 c sliced Peaches
2-3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1-2 Tbsp Sugar (or substitute)
½ Tsp Chai Spice
1 Tbsp Flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Place Pie Crust on flour-dusted Parchment Paper (very important. There is no substitute for real parchment) Dust again, and roll into a roughly circular shape
3. Measure out Peaches
4. Combine the rest of your ingredients in a separate bowl and stir well.
5. Combine Peaches and the spice mixture gently, coating the peaches evenly.
6. Place Peach mixture in the center of your piecrust, and fold edges over the top gently.
7. Pinch the crust folds together, and place on a baking sheet in the oven for 45-55 minutes, until bubbling and crust is golden.
8. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
