Great Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:

 

3 Medium Tomatoes, Diced

¼ Large Onion (red, if you can get it)

1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Cilantro, Minced

¼- ½ Anaheim Chili, Minced

2 Tbsp Lime Juice

2 Tsp Mexican Chili Powder

¼ – ½ tsp Sugar

1 Large Clove Garlic, diced, or pressed

Salt to taste

 

Instructions:

 

1. Dice your tomatoes finely, place in a colander to drain

2. Cut your remaining vegetables and place in a medium bowl.

3. Add Tomatoes, and remaining ingredients to vegetables and mix well.

4. Let sit for ½ hour or more for best flavor
