Ingredients: Sauce: 1 16-oz can Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire's Mexican Chili Powder Enchiladas: 1 ½ lb cooked meat (leftovers baby!) 1 4-oz can Diced Green Chilies 1 small Onion 1 2.25 oz can Sliced Olives 4 Tortillas 1 Lb Cheese 4 oz whole Green Chilies Directions: 1. Ingredients:1 Tsp Greek Seasoning2 Cups tomatoes diced (8 oz grape, sliced) 4 Cloves garlic minced 8 ounces mushrooms sliced 1 Medium Onion, chopped 1/4 Cup pine nuts, toasted (optional) fresh basil, a handful, cut chiffonade 3 Tablespoons olive oil Kosher salt and black pepper to tasteDirections: 1.
