Burrito Mix!

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground (or cubed) Meat

1 small onion, chopped

1 Medium Bell Pepper, chopped

1 can stewed, or diced tomatoes

1 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 can Refried Beans

 

Instructions:

In medium-large frying pan, over high heat, brown meat.

Lower heat to medium and add tomatoes and Chili Powder. Scrape up bits stuck to pan,

Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft.

Add Refried beans, stirring constantly. Cook until beans are warm.

Wrap in tortillas, and add cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, as you desire before wrapping your burrito

 

Fun alternative-

Add frozen corn, Frozen peas and carrots, olives, green chilies, or other vegetables with the onions and peppers to make your family love their vegetables. (Peas and carrots, finely chopped broccoli, and mushrooms are a family favorite at my house)
