Chili Bowl Rub

Ingredients: Meat of choice Rub: 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Chili Bowl Spice 1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Provincial Poultry 1 Tsp Kosher Salt (optional) 2-4 Tbsp Brown Sugar (optional) Directions: 1. Measure out one batch of Rub for every 1 ½- 2 Lbs of meat, (for chicken and steak, less for large cuts) 2. Mix dry ingredients well 3. Place Meat in Zipper-Lock bag 4. Sprinkle Rub over meat in bag, Close bag and shake until the rub coats the meat well. 5. Grill, Smoke, or roast to perfection!

Ingredients: 1 Lb Ground Beef (or your favorite mix of burger) ½ m Onion 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar (or to taste) 2 ½ Tsp Hart's Desire Chili Bowl Spice ¼ Tsp Smoked Salt (Optional) OR 3-4 drops of Liquid Smoke (optional) Directions 1. Pre-Heat the grill 2. Finely Dice Onion 3. Gently fold all ingredients together until you have the same color throughout the burger 4. Cook burgers until to desired doneness / internal color. (Remember your food safety guys) 5. Let's eat!!!!
