Scratch Chai Spiced Cranberry Sauce

 Ingredients:


12 oz (about 3 c) whole Cranberries
¾ c Sugar

1 C water

1 tsp Hart's Desire Chai Spice


Instructions:

1. Heat water to boiling

2. Mix Chai Spice and sugar, add to the boiling water, stir to combine

3. Stir in Cranberries and bring back to a boil.

4. Let the mixture boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

~ IF you want jellied rather than whole, Strain in a sieve, or wire mesh strainer now.

5. Pour into a bowl, cover and cool. Refrigerate until serving time
