Baked Chai Candied Yams

Ingredients:

1 yam
2 Tsp Brown Sugar
¼ Tsp Chai Spice
1 Tbsp Butter


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Wash and dry yams.
Cut off ends of yams and peel Slice yams no more than ½"thick
Mix your Brown Sugar and Chai Spice
Arrange in a single layer on the bottom of your casserole
Dot with butter and sprinkle with some of your sugar mixture
Repeat until you're out of Yams, sprinkling any leftover mixture on top
Bake for 45-60 minutes
Mash if preferred with a sprinkle of Chai on top for garnish
