Masala Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:

 

2 lbs Chicken legs

1 ½ Tbsp Garam Masala

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

½-1 Tsp Kosher Salt (optional)

 

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven to 450

2. Line a baking pan with Foil, and fit a wire rack on it.

3. Place your chicken pieces on the wire rack

4. Mix Garam Masala, Salt, and Olive Oil in a small bowl, and brush over Chicken, to coat on both sides

5. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes
6. Flip Chicken and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until thickest portions register 170 degrees on a meat thermometer

7. Enjoy!
