Beef Strogonoff

1 lb beef cut into strips
8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
½ c Red Wine
1 M onion
1 clove Garlic
2-3 tbsp oil
1 Tbsp Slawsome Veggies
¾ C Sour Cream
up to 1 C Beef Broth (optional)
1 Tbsp Flour (as Needed)
Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Oil skillet, and preheat. Brown Beef and remove to a bowl with juices
2. Add more oil and brown Onion and Garlic.
3. Add mushrooms and brown
4. Add Beef back to skillet, with red wine and Slawsome veggies, scraping up browned bits off the bottom of the pan.
5. Cover, Reduce Heat, and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add some beef broth if this gets too dry
6. Stir in Sour Cream
7. If this needs more thickening, remove some of the liquid to a small bowl and stir the flour into it. Stir this back into the pan, until fully combined. Keep stirring until thickened.
8. Serve over wide Egg Noodles.
