Chicken Masala

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, cubed
1 Tbsp Oil
1 13.5 oz can Coconut Milk

1 Tbsp Hart's Desire’s Garam Masala
1-lb frozen vegetables
Salt/Sugar to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wide sauce pan, or high sided frypan and brown meat until mostly  cooked.
  2. Pour in Coconut Milk, and Garam Masala, and stir, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan, heat until meat is fully cooked. 
  3. Add frozen Vegetables and heat through.
  4. Serve. Add your favorite bread on the side.
