Chicken Masala
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, cubed
1 Tbsp Oil
1 13.5 oz can Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Hart's Desire’s Garam Masala
1-lb frozen vegetables
Salt/Sugar to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a wide sauce pan, or high sided frypan and brown meat until mostly cooked.
- Pour in Coconut Milk, and Garam Masala, and stir, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan, heat until meat is fully cooked.
- Add frozen Vegetables and heat through.
- Serve. Add your favorite bread on the side.
