How to make your OWN condensed Cream Soup

Ingredients:
2 C heavy cream
Optional:
-Chicken Broth Concentrate, or bullion
-2 c Sauteed vegetables (mushrooms, celery, asparagus, whatever you need to make your "condensed cream of x" soup)
Directions:
1. Sautee vegetables (for cream of mushroom, celery, etc. soup)
2. Pour in Cream, and boil until thickened (watch for boil over) or until 2/3 it's original volume
3. Add broth concentrate (for cream of chicken soup)
4. Use like cream soup concentrate!
