Greeky Dry Rub

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Greek Seasoning

1 Tbsp Jambalaya Blend

1 Tsp Kosher Salt

4 Tbsp Brown Sugar

 

Directions:

1. Measure Ingredients into bowl, and mix well

2. Place meat into an airtight re-closable bag, leaving enough room for air and spices (about twice the size of your cut)
3. Measure spice mix into bag, and close, leaving a good amount of air in the bag

4. Shake, and move cut of meat around to get spice mix in all crevices

5. Cook meat as you prefer.
