Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

1 lb meat of choice, cubed

1 Tbsp Oil

1 13.5 oz can Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Curry

1-lbs frozen vegetables

 

Salt/Sugar to taste

 

Directions

 

1. Heat oil in a wide sauce pan, or high sided fry-pan and brown meat until fully cooked.

2. Pour in Curry, and Coconut Milk, and stir, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan, or until Coconut milk solids and liquids are combined.

3. Add frozen Vegetables and heat through.
4. Serve. Add your favorite bread on the side.
