Chai Spiced Glazed Carrots

 

Ingredients:
1 lb (16 oz) Carrots cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
½ tsp Chai Spice
½ tsp Lemon Juice (or to taste)
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 400

  1. Microwave Carrots on high for 5 minutes
  2. Mix the rest of your ingredients in a small bowl
  3. Mix glaze into carrots
  4. Spread mixture in a single layer in a baking pan
  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 400.
  6. Toss while it's hot to coat with the glaze on the bottom of your pan and serve
