The BOMB Chick- I mean Turkey Soup

Ingredients:
2 Lb Chicken, Cubed
1 Medium Onion Chopped
1 Stalk Celery Chopped
1 Medium Carrot, Sliced
2 Tsp Provincial Poultry (or to taste)
4 C Water or Broth
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp oil
Instructions:
In a 1.5 qt or larger pot, add oil and brown chicken
Add 1 c of water and get the stuck bits off bottom of pan
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15-30 minutes, or until carrots are tender
Fun Alternative
Brown chicken, and using 1 c of water, scrape up the bits on the bottom of your frying pan
- Add all ingredients to your microwave pressure cooker and cook according to manufacturers instructions for about 15 minutes
-Add all ingredients to your instant pot and use the soup setting
OR
-Add all ingredients to your crockpot, and cook on low setting while you’re at work
Add your favorite biscuit mix dumplings to the pot in the final stages of cooking, using the biscuit mix directions.
