Seven Layer Dip

Ingredients
1 16 oz can Refried Beans
16 oz (2 c) Sour Cream, Divided
1 Tbsp Hart's Desire Mexican Chili Powder
1 ½ C Guacamole
2 C Hart's Desire's GREAT Pico De Gallo, Drained (keep liquid)
8 oz (2 c) Shredded Cheese
8 oz sliced Grape Tomatoes
6 oz Sliced Black Olives
3-4 Green Onions, sliced
Guacamole Ingredients:
2-3 ripe Avocados
1 Tbsp Lime juice
2-4 Tbsp Minced onion
2 tbsp minced Cilantro
1 clove garlic, pressed
Directions:
1. Put Pico De Gallo in a colander over a bowl
2. Mix up Guacamole ingredients
3. Mix cold Refried Beans and ½ C of Sour Cream, spread in the bottom of your9x13 or 2 9x9's
4. Mix Remaining Sour Cream (1 1/2c) with Mexican chili Powder until uniform color and spread on top of Refried Beans.
5. Spread Guacamole on top of sour Cream
6. Spread drained Pico De Gallo on top of Guacamole
7. Sprinkle evenly with Shredded Cheese
8. Place Sliced Grape tomatoes, Olives, and Green onions in that order on top of cheese.
Serve with Tortilla Chips
