Holiday Morning Fritatta

Ingredients:
For every 3 seperated eggs:
¼ c Cream
¼ tsp Slawsome Veggies
½ c chopped veggies and meats of your choice
Shredded cheese to taste
Instructions:
1. Line a baking dish with Parchment Paper
2. Brown meats
3. Sautee vegetables
4. Combine Cream, Eggs yolks and Slawsome
5. Whip egg whites to soft peaks and mix in other egg mixture
6. Pour this into your pan, then sprinkle sautee evenly through dish
7. Top with cheese and any fresh garnish like sliced tomato, or green onion
8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until set and top is browning and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
9. Let cool before serving.
Fun Alternatives:
Use Greek Seasoning, or Provincial Poultry, or Jambalaya Mix instead of Slawsome Veggies.
For a more fluffy result.
For the easiest route, Don't separate and Whip your egg whites, just mix your eggs together and pour over sautee in the bottom of your pan.
