EASY Scratch Green Bean Casserole

Easy Scratch Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Frozen Green Beans (or Fresh prepared and cut to size)
- 1 Small Onion diced
- 8 Oz Mushrooms roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Slawsome Veggies
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 oz French Fried Onions
Instructions:
- Thaw and heat Green Beans (for fresh, Boil in hot water for 5 minutes and remove to the side)
- Melt Butter to a large skillet and add Onions, Mushrooms and Garlic, Sautee until soft. (about 5 minutes)
- Add Heavy cream, and bring to ta boil over medium heat. Boil until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Once thickened, add Parmesan cheese and spices
- Add Green Beans and Half of the French Fried Onions. Stir until coated.
- Transfer to a Casserole Dish, Spread the cheese, and remaining French Fried Onions on top, evenly.
- Bake at 350 for 15 Minutes, or until desired color on top
