Easy Scratch Green Bean Casserole 


Ingredients:


Instructions:

  1. Thaw and heat Green Beans (for fresh, Boil in hot water for 5 minutes and remove to the side) 
  2. Melt Butter to a large skillet and add Onions, Mushrooms and Garlic, Sautee until soft. (about 5 minutes) 
  3. Add Heavy cream, and bring to ta boil over medium heat. Boil until thickened, stirring constantly. 
  4. Once thickened, add Parmesan cheese and spices 
  5. Add Green Beans and Half of the French Fried Onions. Stir until coated. 
  6. Transfer to a Casserole Dish, Spread the cheese, and remaining French Fried Onions on top, evenly. 
  7. Bake at 350 for 15 Minutes, or until desired color on top
