Sweet Fall Coleslaw

Ingredients: 


½ sm head of Cabbage
1 medium carrot

¼ tsp Salt (optional)
¼ C dried Cranberries
½ Apple
3 Tbsp cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar (or substitute)
1 ½ tsp Hart’s Desire’s Pumkin Spice


Directions:

  1. Shred your carrot and Cabbage
  2. Mix Carrot, Cabbage, and Salt; let sit in a strainer until dressing is done.
  3. Mix vinegar, sugar and Pumkin Spice in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Mix fruit into dressing and coat well.
  5. Place strained vegetables into a medium-large bowl, add dressing, and toss well.
  6. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes – overnight before serving.
  7. Toss well, scooping dressing off the bottom of the bowl before serving.
