Sweet Fall Coleslaw
Ingredients:
½ sm head of Cabbage
1 medium carrot
¼ tsp Salt (optional)
¼ C dried Cranberries
½ Apple
3 Tbsp cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar (or substitute)
1 ½ tsp Hart’s Desire’s Pumkin Spice
Directions:
- Shred your carrot and Cabbage
- Mix Carrot, Cabbage, and Salt; let sit in a strainer until dressing is done.
- Mix vinegar, sugar and Pumkin Spice in a small bowl until well combined.
- Mix fruit into dressing and coat well.
- Place strained vegetables into a medium-large bowl, add dressing, and toss well.
- Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes – overnight before serving.
- Toss well, scooping dressing off the bottom of the bowl before serving.
