Sweet & Spicy Squash

Ingredients:

24 oz (1 ½ lbs) Butternut Squash
¼ C Butter
¼ Dark Brown sugar
½ Tsp Jambalaya Mix


Oven: 400

Directions:

  1. Peel and seed your squash, cut it into chunks no more than  1”
  2. Mix together Brown Sugar and Jambalaya Mix
  3. Melt Butter
  4. Pour sugar mixture, and butter over your squash cubes, and mix well, to coat
  5. Spread over lined baking pan and bake 50-60 minutes 

    ~OR~

     Place in crockpot on high for 2-3 hours, mixing occasionally.
