Sweet & Spicy Squash
Ingredients:
24 oz (1 ½ lbs) Butternut Squash
¼ C Butter
¼ Dark Brown sugar
½ Tsp Jambalaya Mix
Oven: 400
Directions:
- Peel and seed your squash, cut it into chunks no more than 1”
- Mix together Brown Sugar and Jambalaya Mix
- Melt Butter
- Pour sugar mixture, and butter over your squash cubes, and mix well, to coat
- Spread over lined baking pan and bake 50-60 minutes

Place in crockpot on high for 2-3 hours, mixing occasionally.
