Make it a meal Meatloaf

Ingredients:

 

1 Small Onion

1 Large Rib Celery

2 Medium / 9 Mini Carrots

1 6-oz can Tomato Paste

3 Eggs

1 Lb Ground Meat

1 C Bread Crumbs

2 Tbsp Worcestershire (optional)

2 Tbsp Hart's Desire's  Provincial Poultry
2 Tsp Hart's Desire's Chili Bowl Spice

1/2 Bag (6 oz) Peas & Carrots

BBQ Sauce to taste

 

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 350

 

  1. Mix spices, and breadcrumbs
    2. In a food processor, finely mince your Onion, Celery, and Carrots
  2. Add Breadcrumb mixture and pulse until all the same color
  3. Add ½ your meat and pulse until combined.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, add Eggs, Tomato paste, Worchestershire, and the other half of the meat and mix well. 
  5. Add Peas and carrots, and any other additions like Olives now, and mix.
  6. Spoon into appropriate containers and brush with BBQ Sauce
  7. Bake until internal temperature is right for the meat you're using. Larger loaf pans will take longer than small loaf pans. We recommend meal-sized containers like a 1-lb loaf pan, which will take appx. 30 minutes
