Summer Picnic Salad
Ingredients:
Salad:
1 Small head Broccoli finely chopped
2 oz sunflower, or Bean Sprouts, chopped (fleshy microgreens)
¾ C Shredded Carrots
¼ c Dried Cranberries
¼ C roasted Sunflower Seeds
Dressing:
¼ C Sour Cream
1 Tsp Hart’s Desire’s Slawsome Veggies
1 ½ Tsp Cider Vinegar
¼-½ Tsp Kosher Salt
Directions:
- Mix all dressing ingredients together and set aside.
- Shred Carrots, Chop Broccoli, and Sprouts; place in medium mixing bowl
- Add Sunflower seeds, and cranberries, mix well.
- Add dressing and mix well.
- 5. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes, best if used within a couple days.
