Summer Picnic Salad

Ingredients: 

  Salad:

1 Small head Broccoli finely chopped
2 oz sunflower, or Bean Sprouts, chopped (fleshy microgreens)
¾ C Shredded Carrots
¼ c Dried Cranberries
¼ C roasted Sunflower Seeds

  Dressing:
¼ C Sour Cream
1 Tsp Hart’s Desire’s Slawsome Veggies

1 ½ Tsp Cider Vinegar
¼-½ Tsp Kosher Salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all dressing ingredients together and set aside. 
  2. Shred Carrots, Chop Broccoli, and Sprouts; place in medium mixing bowl
  3. Add Sunflower seeds, and cranberries, mix well. 
  4. Add dressing and mix well.
  5. 5. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes, best if used within a couple days.
