Slawsome Deviled Eggs

12 Eggs, hard boiled

2 Tbsp Mustard

½ C Mayo

1 ½ Tbsp Sweet Relish (optional)

2 Tsp Slawsome Veggies

1/2 Tsp Paprika divided

Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Starting with already boiling water, place your eggs in a large pot and boil for 12 minutes.
  2. Place boiled eggs into an ice-bath until shells are cold, and the eggs are cold enough to peel easily, and peel.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, putting yolks into a medium bowl. Arrange egg whites nicely on a plate.
  4. Break up the egg yolks with a fork, until you have fine crumbles.
  5. Add Mustard, Mayo, Relish, Slawsome, salt, and half the paprika to the egg yolks and combine until smooth.
  6. Place this mixture into a zipper-lock bag and squeeze it all into one bottom corner of the bag.
  7. Cut that bottom corner of the bag off, and pipe this mixture into the egg whites.
  8. Lightly dust the finished eggs with the remaining Paprika as a garnish.
