Slawsome Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
12 Eggs, hard boiled
2 Tbsp Mustard
½ C Mayo
1 ½ Tbsp Sweet Relish (optional)
2 Tsp Slawsome Veggies
1/2 Tsp Paprika divided
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Starting with already boiling water, place your eggs in a large pot and boil for 12 minutes.
- Place boiled eggs into an ice-bath until shells are cold, and the eggs are cold enough to peel easily, and peel.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise, putting yolks into a medium bowl. Arrange egg whites nicely on a plate.
- Break up the egg yolks with a fork, until you have fine crumbles.
- Add Mustard, Mayo, Relish, Slawsome, salt, and half the paprika to the egg yolks and combine until smooth.
- Place this mixture into a zipper-lock bag and squeeze it all into one bottom corner of the bag.
- Cut that bottom corner of the bag off, and pipe this mixture into the egg whites.
- Lightly dust the finished eggs with the remaining Paprika as a garnish.
