Chili Bowl Rubs!

Easy weeknight cooking presents:
Chili Bowl Rubs
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Chili Bowl
2 Tbsp Provincial Poultry
(or Greek, or Italian Herbs)
1 Tsp Salt (optional)
2 Tsp Liquid Smoke
A Roast
(scale up for the size of your roast)
Instructions:
1. Rub Liquid Smoke all over your roast.
2. Mix Chili Bowl, Poultry and salt (if using) together until well combined.
3. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over each side of the roast and rub in before going to the next side.
4. Fill any patches.
5. Cook Roast according to size and type.
(Pork Roasts, we like to cook low and slow, 250 oven for about 45 min/lb depending on your oven. The more fat in your roast, the longer and lower you can cook it for something that falls apart at a sharp look)
